Calling to all self-driven undergraduates, and fresh graduates, seeking an internship. As an Operations & Customer Service Intern, responsible for interacting and assisting in customer queries as aligned with the supplier onboarding.

Your Tasks

  • Respond to all customer/user queries that come through all support channels, including live chatbot.
  • Know the product and understand the fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related queries.
  • Report and work closely with the core founding team.
  • Support in product management (testing, documentation,
    bot-maintenance, etc.)


  • Polytechnic and university undergraduates from a business, customer service or operations background are preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially in written form.
  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good initiative and self-motivation.
